Direct search

Direct search is a targeted, proactive method that is particularly appropriate for identifying and attracting candidates for senior management and executive roles. It targets the best candidates for business critical, urgent positions where other more traditional methods have failed. We often work on a retained basis, and in certain cases, we provide additional services including detailed competitor analysis, market mapping, salary information and benchmarking.

Advertised selection

In certain situations, we recommend that you advertise your positions. These include where you need to fill certain technical roles; need to recruit high volumes; have challenging locations; and for road shows.

We research and advise on the most appropriate media, formatting and timing of adverts. We book, write and design the copy and make sure all applications receive a professional response. We screen, interview and short-list candidates within an agreed timeframe. Our long-standing relationships with media and advertising agencies ensure we can offer the most competitive prices and we pass all discounts on to our clients in full.

Target search

For a reduced fee, if you tell us who you want, we will do everything we can to bring them on board. 

Contingent search

We always recommend that you retain our services, but if this is not suitable, we recommend a contingency (no success, no fee) approach.

Networking

We always recommend a networking approach at the start of any recruitment process. This involves direct searches, including headhunting, and can provide a quick turnaround if we already know a suitably qualified candidate. We continually invest time and resources into developing our international network and database to maximise the success of this approach.
