Internal Audit, Risk & Compliance – Sydney

We have completed a number of recruitment projects for this Big 4 professional services firm where the focus is on finding qualified & experienced professionals who help their clients solve complex challenges, steer change, strengthen processes, transition and grow.

This team needed someone who could who work with boards and management to achieve optimal governance, risk and control environments that support the organisations strategic and operational priorities and the local market was not producing the right candidates.

Our approach has been to develop a recruitment plan that would focus on attracting candidates from target companies with relevant industry experience from international markets that would provide a seamless transition.

Once we had this we set about promoting the opportunity through our established networks and targeted advertising, we were able to build a long list of relevant candidates that were interviewed and condensed into a  shortlist who were ideal for the role, motivated to join our client and would accept if offered the job.

This assignment took 6 weeks to complete and is fairly typical of the great work our Internal Audit specialists do for clients around the world.
